Instructions
Setting up your enhanced workflows is straightforward and can be broken down into five simple steps:
Step 1: Build the forms and upload the document templates you would like to use on your workflow.
Step 2: Use Formstack’s visual workflow builder to add steps to your workflow.
Step 3: Map your data between forms and into documents. Configure your workflow logic by adding a Step Logic utility to your workflow. Note: The Step Logic feature must be positioned immediately following the form that includes the fields you're incorporating into your logic
Step 4: Make assignments for the steps on your workflow. With Workflows, you can set up standard and group approvals for your workflows.
Step 5: Test your workflow! Once you’ve done a trial run, you can embed your workflow on your website or share the link.
